Lamborghini started out as a tractor builder. When the owner bought a Ferrari and kept having problems with it, Enzo Ferrari dismissed his complaints in a rude manner. It was at that point Lamborghini decided to make the perfect car. Ferrari never spoke with him again.
The first person to ride down Niagara falls in a barrel and survive was a 63 years old dance teacher from Pennsylvania named Annie Taylor. Before taking the plunge, she launched a test barrel with her cat inside. The cat survived.
In 1979 two couples with their children escaped East Germany in a home made hot air balloon. The balloon climbed to 6000 feet and landed in West Germany. It was their second attempt, their first landed 200 yards short of the border.

The world Dracula actually comes from the Irish word "Droch Ola", which means "bad blood". It is thought that the author of Dracula wrote the book as a metaphor of the way Irish landlords treated their peasants(sucking the life out of them) during the 1845 great famine.
